As directed by the then Minister responsible for Energy in 2021, we have published a report on the SEQ retail electricity market in 2023–24. The report covers retail prices, discounts and incentives, fees and charges, customers receiving assistance with their electricity bills, new types of electricity plans, market competitiveness and other significant issues. This year’s report also includes information on customers on legacy market offers.
