Aurizon Network submitted a draft amending access undertaking (the Insurance DAAU), to reduce the minimum level of public liability insurance that train operators are required to hold.
We invited stakeholders to comment on Aurizon Network’s proposal but received no responses.
We approved Aurizon Network’s Insurance DAAU on 26 May 2022.
