On 20 September 2018, we approved DBCT Management’s 2018 Trading SCB DAAU. The Trading SCB DAAU amends the DBCT 2017 access undertaking to reflect cessation of the trading supply chain business’s activities.
We received one submission on the Trading SCB DAAU, from the DBCT User Group. In response to the DBCT User Group submission, DBCT Management provided a supplementary submission.

On 27 June 2018, DBCT Management submitted its Trading Supply Chain Business (SCB) draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) to us. The trading SCB provides an access arbitrage service (‘secondary access market’) for access holders, access seekers and third parties wishing to ship through the terminal. Because the trading SCB ceased to trade capacity at DBCT as of 1 September 2018, DBCT Management applied, through the DAAU, to amend the 2017 access undertaking to reflect this change.
We received one submission and a supplementary submission on the DAAU.
