We have released our draft determination
In December 2024, we received a direction from the Treasurer, Minister for Energy and Minister for Home Ownership to set a feed-in tariff for small-scale solar PV owners in regional Queensland in 2025–26.
On 20 March 2025, we published our draft determination and a fact sheet outlining the key aspects of our determination. We invite stakeholders to provide written submissions by 23 April 2025.
