On 25 February 2025, we received Aurizon Network’s draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) about Bauhinia infrastructure rebates, which seeks to:
- apply new arrangements for mine-specific infrastructure on the Bauhinia branchline that was funded under an access facilitation deed
- amend Blackwater system allowable revenue and reference tariff inputs, as well as drafting of the undertaking, to operationalise the proposal.
Our notice, Aurizon Network’s proposal and amended undertaking, and related documents are available below.
We invite stakeholders to provide submissions on the proposal by 3 April 2025.
