Prior to 1 July 2015 retailers were required to report the number of small and large customers they serve on market and non-market contracts.  We compiled this information and published a quarterly report.

Prior to 1 July 2015 retailers were required to report disconnections, hardship and complaints data to the QCA on a quarterly basis.

Distributors were also required to report disconnections they have performed at the request of each retailer and at their own instigation.
